No. We run both systems in parallel during migration. Users continue working in the old system while we build the new one. Cutover is typically scheduled during a low-usage period (weekend) with minimal disruption.
We migrate all business-critical content. Migration is also an opportunity to clean house — we'll help you identify unused reports and consolidate redundant dashboards. Most clients end up with fewer, better dashboards post-migration.
