AI-native studio · Founded 2025

It didn't start as a business idea.
It started as something we noticed.

Buenos Aires, 2025. Three people, three angles on the same market, watching the same thing go wrong. This is how RavenCoreX got built — and why we run the way we do.

01 · The observation

Martín had been building technical architecture for mid-market clients for years. Natalia was bringing those clients on across LATAM. Roxana was opening doors in the IEEE network. From three angles, we saw the same thing: companies bought AI licenses, tested models, paid consultancies — and six months later they had a graveyard of pilots and a higher cloud bill.

The model was never the problem. The model stayed peripheral.

02 · The in-house experiment

We tried something different in-house. Instead of adding AI as a tool on top of a human operation, we built the operation the other way around.

The rule was simple: humans curate, decide, review. When a task repeated twice, the third time an agent took it. What couldn't be documented as an agent stayed human — that was the filter.

03 · The duplication

Agents doing the work. Humans curating, deciding, reviewing.

It sounds like a word game. It isn't. It changes who does the work, how long it takes, what it costs, and how it gets documented.

Same team. More capacity. Less weight.

04 · The unplanned infrastructure

A few months in, we had something we hadn't planned: a working agentic infrastructure running our own company. Three human partners and a fleet of specialized agents — finance, sales, legal, copy, design, research, project management.

That infrastructure was exactly what the mid-market needed and couldn't find anywhere else.

People-first

AI isn't coming for your people.

When AI walks into a company, the first thing in the room isn't excitement — it's fear. The question nobody asks out loud: "is this here to replace me?"

Our answer is no, and we back it with what we do. Agents take the repetitive work — the kind that wears people down. People move up to judgment, context, and dealing with another human. When we walk into a company, we don't empty out the team: we lift it and we walk it through the transition.

And the walk-through isn't a PDF. Every implementation includes training for each person, in-person sessions when needed, and a dedicated onboarding agent that answers their questions — at any hour. That agent will have a name: Laura. We're building her alongside this site — she isn't live yet. When she is, Laura will be the cleanest proof of something that was never a contradiction for us: we use an agent to take care of people.

05 · The incorporation

That's when we formalized. We incorporated RavenCoreX LLC in Florida, kept operations in Buenos Aires, and started selling the same thing we run on.

Not a separate product. Not a demo. The same infrastructure.

How we operate · 06

Three pillars. One team. One fleet of agents.

−0%

Data

We work on top of the client's Looker and BigQuery — no migration, no rip-and-replace. We cut BigQuery costs 30–60% in 6–8 weeks, measured on the client's billing.

−0%

Agents

A custom agentic workforce for sales, billing, collections, recruiting, support. Measured cuts: 60–80% in time-to-hire, 40–70% in ticket deflection, up to 80% in manual admin load. The agents take the repetitive work; the client's people move up to what needs judgment — and we train each person through the transition, with Laura, our onboarding agent, included in every implementation.

The infrastructure we ship to clients is the same one we use to write proposals, invoice, recruit and report. What lives in our back office is what arrives at theirs. We operate on your stack — your data stays in your house, encrypted, never used to train models.

Who we are · 07

Three human partners. 0 agents. Two cities.

RavenCoreX was founded in 2025 by Martín Vélez, Natalia Scacciante, and Roxana Saint-Nom. Florida on paper, Buenos Aires in practice. LATAM talent, US standards — we don't hide it and we don't oversell it.

  • Martín VélezFounder
Technical architecture and agent infrastructure. Builds the systems the company runs on.
  • Natalia ScaccianteCofounder
Commercial across LATAM. Brings the clients in and keeps the work honest to what they need.
  • Roxana Saint-NomPartner
Partnerships and the IEEE network across LATAM.

Behind the three of us: 21 specialized agents — finance, sales, legal, copy, design, research, project management, security, prompt engineering, agent architecture. The same fleet we ship.

RavenCoreX raven mark Why the raven · 08

Hugin and Munin — thought and memory.

The raven wasn't chosen for aesthetics. Hugin and Munin — thought and memory — fly out every morning and bring information back. They map territory before others know it exists.

We've been doing that from Buenos Aires since before "agentic" became a mainstream term. We still do. The difference: we now document it openly, so anyone can verify it.

You know who we are now. Let's talk about you.

If a conversation makes sense, we'll have one. If it doesn't, neither of us wasted any time. Want to verify before you believe us? Read the manifesto.
