Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to: this website, the resources published on it, our contact channels, and the services we deliver for clients.

This policy says what you may and may not do with the site and with what we build for you. It is part of the Terms, and breaking it can mean losing access.

1. The principle

Use this site and our services lawfully and honestly. Don't harm people, don't deceive anyone, and don't break the rules of the platforms we build on.

2. What you may not do on this site

  • Break the law, or help someone else break it.
  • Send a form under a false identity, or with someone else's personal data.
  • Use our forms, our newsletter or our WhatsApp to send spam — to us or through us.
  • Probe or scan the site, attack it, or work around the rate limits and anti-spam controls.
  • Republish our content as your own, or present it as if it were yours.
  • Send us content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that exploits minors.
  • Impersonate someone else, or misrepresent who you work for.
  • Overload or disrupt the site.

3. What you may not use our services for

If we build or run something for you, it may not be used to:

  • Message people with no lawful basis to be messaged, or who asked to be left alone. Opt-outs are honoured, and honoured promptly.
  • Break the rules of the platforms we connect to on your behalf — WhatsApp Business and Meta, Google, and any system you ask us to integrate.
  • Process data you do not have the right to hand us, including your own customers' personal data.
  • Process sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and the safeguards it requires.
  • Deceive people about who they are dealing with, or pass AI output off as human where the law requires disclosure.

4. AI comes with obligations

  • A human reviews the output. Every agent we build runs under human control. Don't remove the review step and then rely on what comes out.
  • No unsupervised decisions about people. AI output must not be the sole basis for a decision with legal or similarly significant effect on someone, without human oversight and a lawful basis.
  • Disclose the AI wherever the law requires it.
  • Only feed it what you may. What you upload has to be lawful and yours to use.

5. Access and security

When you give us access to your systems, give the narrowest access the work needs, and keep your own credentials safe. If you suspect misuse or a security problem on either side, tell us straight away at hello@ravencorex.com. Early is better than tidy.

6. If this policy is broken

We may investigate, block access, remove content, or stop an engagement. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Where the problem is serious or urgent, we act first and explain afterwards.

7. Reporting

Report abuse, misuse of our name, or anything on this list to hello@ravencorex.com.

8. Changes

We update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading.
