Privacy Policy

1. What this page covers

Two different situations, and they are not the same thing:

• You visit ravencorex.com. Sections 2 to 7 describe every piece of data this website collects, where it goes and how long it stays.
• You hire us for a project. Section 8 describes how we handle your company's data while we do the work.

Our products have their own pages at /products. If you contract one, the agreement signed for it governs how its data is handled.

2. What you send us through a form

This site has four forms. Each one sends what you typed to a RavencoreX mailbox as an email, through Google Workspace. There is no lead database behind this website — your message lives in our inbox and nowhere else.

• Contact form (/contact) — your name, email, company, and the description of the process you want fixed.
• Free Looker audit form (/free-audit) — first name, last name, email, company, and optionally your monthly BigQuery spend and your main challenge.
• Newsletter, in the footer of every page — your email address, and nothing else.
• LKMind waitlist — your email address, and nothing else.

With every submission our server also records your IP address and the date and time. Newsletter submissions additionally record your browser's user agent.

3. What we measure automatically

Every page here loads Google Analytics 4 (property G-RMHGN6X0LB). Analytics collects on its own the pages you open, your device and browser, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the site that sent you.

On top of that we attach twelve parameters of our own to each event, so we can tell which parts of the site actually help people:

• Page — its language, its type, and its path. Never the query string.
• Session entry — the path, language and type of the first page you opened.
• Attribution — source, referrer, campaign, medium, content and term, read from the link you arrived on.

None of these carries anything you typed. No name, no email, no company, no free text ever reaches Analytics. Values are reduced to a safe character set and truncated, and any value containing an "@" is discarded before it leaves your browser.

4. Anti-spam and abuse controls

• Google reCAPTCHA runs on the contact form and the free audit form. Google receives your IP address and interaction signals in order to decide whether you are a bot; Google's own privacy terms cover that step.
• Honeypot. Every form carries a hidden field that a person never sees. If it comes back filled in, we treat the submission as automated: no email is sent and nothing is stored.
• Rate limiting. We store your IP address and the time of each submission in a file on the server, so that no single address can send more than five in an hour. Entries older than an hour are discarded.

5. Cookies and browser storage

• rcx_lang — our own cookie. It remembers whether you chose English or Spanish so the site doesn't switch back on you. It expires after a year.
• Google Analytics cookies — set by Google to tell visitors and sessions apart.
• Session storage (rcx_entry, rcx_attr) — stays inside your browser until you close the tab. It remembers which page you entered on and where you came from, so neither is lost as you move around.

This site does not show a cookie banner today, and analytics loads with the page. If you'd rather not be measured, your browser's tracking protection or Google's opt-out add-on for Analytics will stop it. We'd rather tell you that than describe a choice we don't yet give you.

6. What this site does not do

• There are no advertising or retargeting pixels on this site. No Meta pixel, no LinkedIn tag, no ad network.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
• We do not build profiles about you in order to advertise to you.

7. If you write on WhatsApp or book a call

The WhatsApp button opens a conversation in WhatsApp. That conversation runs on WhatsApp's infrastructure and Meta's terms apply to it; we see your phone number and what you write.

The "book a call" links go to Calendly. Your name, email and anything you type into the booking form go to Calendly, which stores them and notifies us. Calendly's privacy terms cover that step.

8. If you become a client

The work runs on the RavencoreX platform, hosted on Google Cloud. We connect to the systems you point us at — ERP, spreadsheets, documents, communication channels — and pull only the data the agreed scope needs. We extract what the work requires, not a copy of everything you have.

The data is yours. We process it on your instructions and only to run what you contracted. We do not use it to train models we then offer to anyone else, and we do not reuse it for another client.

Running the work on our platform does not lock you in. When an engagement ends we make your data available to you, and we remove it from the platform when you ask. What we may access, who on our side may access it, and the timing for handover and deletion are written into the agreement for that engagement, so both sides hold the same document.

9. Why we are allowed to process this

• Your consent — the newsletter. You opt in, and you can leave whenever you want.
• Performing a contract — everything we do with a client's data in order to deliver the work.
• Legitimate interest — answering a business enquiry you sent us, keeping the site secure, and understanding which pages work.
• Legal obligation — when the law requires us to keep or produce something.

In Argentina, the processing of personal data is governed by Ley 25.326 and rests on consent or on the exceptions that law itself sets out.

10. How long we keep it

• Form emails — in our mailbox while the conversation or the relationship is alive. Ask, and we delete them.
• Newsletter — until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
• Rate-limit records — about an hour.
• Analytics — held by Google Analytics under the retention configured on the property and Google's own terms.
• Client project data — for the term of the engagement, as described in section 8.

11. Who else touches this data

A short list of providers, used only to run the site and the work:

• Google — Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Workspace for email, and Google Cloud for the platform.
• Hostinger — hosting for this website.
• Calendly — call bookings.
• Meta / WhatsApp — if you choose to write to us there.

Beyond that we disclose personal data only when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect the security of the service. If the business is ever sold or merged, data may move with it, and we will say so.

12. Where the data is

Our providers operate mainly from the United States. If you write to us from Argentina or elsewhere in Latin America, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States.

13. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, get a copy, have it corrected, have it deleted, withdraw a consent you gave, or unsubscribe. One address for all of it: hello@ravencorex.com. We answer within the deadline set by the law that applies to you.

If you are in Argentina, Ley 25.326 gives you rights of access, rectification and deletion, and the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) is the authority you can turn to.

14. Security

Traffic to this site travels over HTTPS. Access to the mailboxes and to the platform is limited to the people who need it, with the narrowest permissions that let them do the job. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we tell you.

15. Minors

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we hold data about one, write to us and we delete it.

16. Changes

We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading.
