These terms govern this website and what we publish on it. The work itself is governed by the agreement signed for each engagement — that document, not this page, is where scope, fees and commitments live.
1. What these terms cover
They govern your use of this website — its pages, articles, case studies, the MAG magazine, the free resources — and the forms you can send us from it.
They are not the contract for the work. Consulting and automation engagements are governed by the proposal or statement of work signed for that engagement, which sets the scope, the timeline, the fees and everything specific to it, and which prevails over this page if the two ever disagree. Our products are presented at /products; contracting one is done under its own agreement.
2. Nothing is sold through this website
There is no checkout here and we take no payment from this site. Fees, invoicing, payment terms and refunds are set in the proposal or agreement you sign, before anything is charged.
3. Who can use it
You need to be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. If you write to us on behalf of a company, you are telling us you are allowed to do that.
4. What the content here is — and what it isn't
Articles, case studies, benchmarks and the magazine are published to be useful, not as advice for your particular situation. Figures we quote come from specific engagements under specific conditions and are not a promise that you will get the same result. What we commit to for your project is what your signed agreement says, and nothing beyond it.
We do not give legal, financial, tax or medical advice — not here, and not in the work.
5. Free resources
The Looker visualizations and the other resources published here are provided as they are, for you to use in your own environment. We don't guarantee they will work in every setup or keep working across future versions of the platforms they depend on.
6. AI output
Our services and products use AI to produce text, documents, analyses and actions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is produced for a person to review, not to be trusted unread. For anything regulated — legal, financial, medical, or a decision that materially affects a person — a qualified human has to check and approve it before it is used. That is how we build: every agent runs under human control, and it is a design decision, not a disclaimer.
Where the law requires you to disclose that something was produced with AI, you disclose it.
7. Your material stays yours
Whatever you send us — documents, data, a description of your process — remains yours. We use it only to answer you or to do the work you asked for, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Our material stays ours
The site, its text, images and code, and the RavencoreX name and logo, belong to us. You are welcome to quote a passage and link back with attribution. You may not republish the site as your own, or use our name in a way that suggests we endorse you.
9. Acceptable use
Use of this site and of our services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. The short version: nothing illegal, nothing deceptive, no attacks on the site, and no messaging people without a lawful basis.
10. Third parties
This site uses and links to services we do not control — Google, Calendly, WhatsApp and LinkedIn among them. Their terms govern their part, and we are not responsible for what they do or whether they are available.
11. Availability
The site is offered as it is and as available. We publish new pages, change existing ones and retire old ones without notice. We make no uptime commitment on this page; where an engagement includes service levels, they are written into that agreement.
12. No warranties
THIS WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, THE FREE RESOURCES AND ANY AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAVENCOREX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR OF THE FREE RESOURCES PUBLISHED ON IT.
Liability for the work itself is dealt with in the agreement signed for that engagement. Nothing on this page limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or removes a right that mandatory law where you live gives you and that you cannot waive.
14. Blocking access
We can block access to the site, or stop responding to submissions, when they are used to attack the site, to send spam, or in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
15. Which law applies
RavencoreX LLC is a Florida limited liability company, and these terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, USA. That does not displace rights that mandatory law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived — including, for consumers in Argentina, the protections of Ley 24.240 and Ley 25.326.
16. Changes
We update these terms when what we do changes. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading.
