Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy defines what you may and may not do with the Services. It protects users, end-customers, and the platforms we build on (including Google Cloud and the WhatsApp Business API). Violations may lead to suspension or termination under the Terms.
1. General principles
Use the Services lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. Do not use them to harm people, deceive, infringe rights, or break the law in any jurisdiction where you or your end-customers are located (including the US and Argentina).
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or message individuals without a lawful basis or required consent (especially via WhatsApp/SMS/email).
- Violate WhatsApp Business / Meta policies, opt-out requirements, or messaging-rate and template rules.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), or that promotes violence or self-harm.
- Process special-category/sensitive data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
- Impersonate others, misrepresent AI Output as human where disclosure is required, or use the AI to deceive or defraud.
- Attempt to breach security, probe/scan systems, bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer, or extract underlying models or other customers' data.
- Build a competing model by using Output or the Services to train competing systems [confirm scope].
- Resell or provide the Services to third parties except as your plan permits.
- Overload or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure.
3. AI-specific responsibilities
- Human review: review AI Output before relying on it; for regulated uses (legal documents in NotarIA, financial/health-adjacent contexts), a qualified human must verify and approve.
- No prohibited automated decisions: do not use AI Output as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight and lawful basis.
- Disclosure: where law requires disclosing AI involvement to end-customers, you must do so.
- Training data: only upload content you have the right to use; keep it accurate and lawful.
4. Messaging & end-customer obligations (CoreWhapp and automation)
If you message end-customers through the Services, you must: obtain required consent / have a lawful basis; clearly identify your business; honor opt-outs and "stop" requests promptly; respect quiet hours and frequency rules; and provide a human-handoff path. You are the controller of your end-customers' data; RavenCoreX acts as processor per the Privacy Policy/DPA.
5. Data & security responsibilities
Keep credentials secure, use least-privilege access for your team, configure retention appropriately, and notify us promptly of any suspected misuse or security incident at [security@ravencorex.com — confirm].
6. Fair use & limits
Plans may include usage limits (e.g., conversations, seats, sources). Don't circumvent limits or use the Services in ways that degrade performance for others. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the platform.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report unlawful activity as required. Where feasible, we'll give notice and an opportunity to cure, except for severe or legally urgent violations.
8. Reporting
Report abuse or policy violations to [abuse@ravencorex.com — confirm].
9. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Drafting notes for counsel: align messaging rules with current WhatsApp Business Platform policy; confirm competing-use restriction, automated-decision language vs. Argentine and EU rules, and reporting/abuse mailboxes.
