Agentic Workforce · agents that run your operation

Your business grew. Your team is buried in busywork.

Your operation has 3 to 5 processes an agent can take this month — billing, collections, WhatsApp, recruiting, reporting. The agents take the repetitive part; your people move up to the judgment part. Same team, more throughput, better quality. Nothing migrated.

Billing WhatsApp Reporting CVs Collections Agents

Five processes, one agentic layer. Your people stay on top of it.

How many people on your team spend their day on something an agent could do?

You already did the math in your head. That's the number we work with.

The agents · 01

Five agents. Pick the one that's eating your team's day. Start there.

AI isn't here to replace your people. It's here to take the busywork off them. The agent does the part that wears people down; your team rises to the part that needs judgment, context, and a human.

People-first · 02

AI isn't coming for your people. It's coming to free them.

When AI walks into a company, the first thing in the room isn't excitement — it's fear. The question nobody asks out loud: "is this here to replace me?" Our answer is no, and we back it with what we do, not a line. Agents take the repetitive work — the kind that wears people down. People move up to judgment, context, and dealing with another human.

And nothing breaks. The agent lives on the WhatsApp Business number you already use, the billing system you already run, the ERP your accountant already knows. No migration. No new tools to learn. Your stack stays. The agents land on top.

And we don't hand you a tool and leave. Every implementation includes training for each person on your team, in-person sessions when it helps, and Laura — a dedicated onboarding agent, included in every implementation, who answers your team's questions about their project, at any hour. The goal is a team that operates everything without depending on us. (Laura is being built alongside this site — included in every implementation as she comes online.)

process to start — we prove it before we scale

A mid-market Argentine company started with one process — billing and collections — and validated the savings in four weeks before extending. We start with one. We measure. Then we scale.

Measured on your own panel — hours freed, tickets answered, CVs screened. If the number doesn't show up, we don't scale.

This month · 04

In 30 minutes we name the 3 processes an agent can take this month.

No pitch. We walk through your operation, find the 3 to 5 most repetitive processes, and tell you which one to start with. If we don't see clear ROI for your case, we say so on the call. You only commit to a SOW once it makes sense to both of us.

Delivery with agents + training for your team (Laura included). First process live by week 3–5.

Your data stays in your house. We operate on the stack you already have — minimum access, encrypted, never used to train models.

The objections · 05

The two questions that decide it.

No. AI takes the repetitive part of the work — the part nobody claims as their own — and your team moves up to what needs judgment, context, and a human. And we don't leave you alone with the tool: every implementation includes training each person on your team, close human support (Laura) through the transition, and in-person sessions when it helps. The goal is for your people to run everything without depending on us.
We operate on your infrastructure, not ours: your data stays where you have it. We ask for the minimum access needed, each component with the exact permission, and operations are logged. We don't use your data to train models. Everything travels and is stored encrypted (by default of the cloud you already use). If we ever part ways, access and credentials are revoked.
Today our security rests on architecture, not on a certificate: we operate on your stack, with least privilege, encrypted by default, and auditable infrastructure as code. We don't claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 because we don't have them yet — we'd rather tell you what we do today than sell you a badge we haven't earned.
